Good not ask for more. Jon took care of everything and even worked with the crew on installation day. Kept me updated on cost and progress and even came in under original quote. Roof looks awesome and they helped me get a discount on insurance. Really can’t say enough good things about them. Roof repairs are expensive and stressful and Jaybird roofing made it easy and affordable.

After getting several quotes, I decided to go with Jaybird Roofing & Restoration to replace my roof, skylights and gutters. Their cost was comparable to the others, if not slightly lower. Reality check - roofs are expensive. No way around that. What made me go with them was a coworker's related experience with them and Jon Clampitt's thorough assessment. This was not an easy Roofing job! Our building was built in 1887, it has a steep pitch, and a lower addition - it is a well-loved facility that hosts a variety of community driven events, and is available for the community to rent for private events. Unfortunately, I spent a lot of money on a repair that didn't fix my issue. Jay did come back out and inspect and said it was the chimney flue that was leaking and they didn't offer those services. I called out another company who said wind driven and ultimately got a new chimney cap, which also didn't fix the issue. Sadly I had people come out and 'fix' what they thought it was, wind driven rain.
