Exceeded expectations, fantastic realtor:
-Set the correct market price for property on two occasions: first as a regular sale, and when a regular sale would not be allowed by lender, set the correct market price for cash sale. I was expecting a lower cash price market price, and Jay corrected me! He could have easily said, 'yep,' and made his job easy, but instead wanted me to sell it at market value, which meant more negotiation and increased listing time.
-In regards to the lender, when the first lender fell through, Jay hooked us up with a lender that allowed for the funding even in suboptimal circumstances. I give credit to Jay, for doing what I did not think was possible, finding a lender to finance.
-Jay was always there, was professional, and was extremely dependable.
-What sets him aside from the other realtors is that Jay would rather do more work, to watch out for your interest, when he could easily take the easy way out and make about the same amount of money.
-I thought if there were any negatives, and the one trade off with Jay, is that he does have other clients as well. If you want a realtor who is never busy and to whom you will always their only client, probably he is not a good fit. For me, I could have done any better, very happy with his help.
