WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I had to call and request 3 times for a simple service dates as the SIMPLE MINDED assistant/front desk cannot do her job of typing in the computer "Bi-Weekly" service. I was told after I expressed frustration toward not having fulfilled the simple request that the OWNER/MANAGER would CALL BACK but once again another broken promise from Jay Taylor Exterminating Co. I have never had this bad of customer service from a local small town company but Jay Taylor is a JOKE!!!! go with Canady and son
