We have been using Jay Taylor for years. A dear friend of ours recommended them to us as the best and she was spot on. Our technician, Austin is kind and professional and on time. The office staff are always a delight to speak to on the phone. They communicate very well and are always so accommodating. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. RecommendedWe have been with Jay Taylor for 17 yrs, I have nothing but awesome things to say. We have never had a problem. I can not say enough about our friend Matt, he is friendly, kind, courteous and helpful. We have formed this friendship after becoming his costumer. He ask how my children, grandchildren and the family are doing every time he comes. He takes the time to get to know his costumers. With in that 17 yrs the prices have gone up only once, not by much. We are very pleased with Jay Taylor.

Jay Taylor is the third pest control company I have used since moving to Wilmington five years ago. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable on the latest materials and technology keeping the pests at bay. Our technician Paul is punctual and polite and always willing to address our concerns. Donna in the office is a delight to talk to regarding scheduling appointments. I also find their fees are reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
