State Farm used to have the #1 sales force and staff, but slowly like other giants in there industries, like GM, Zenith, Allstate, Motorola, Sears.... they fall from grace as they ignore customer complaints, remove senior staff, raise prices, and put profits first. The beginning has started for SF to join these others before them.

Hate to leave State Farm after over 30 years with them. Jay Schack and office always so great to deal with. Not happy they will not be renewing my Home Owners Insurance because of 2 claims so I had to take auto and home owners elsewhere.
