I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Normally when you go to a look at cars the sales person either is pushy or you get no service at all. At Jay North they gave us time to look around on our own and when we was ready for help they was there. They were very helpful and was concerned with our needs. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had and they didnt try to push us beyond what we told them we could spend. We got a great deal and ate very happy with their service.
Customer Service is definitely their number one priority. When I purchased my vehicle from them, there were a few unexpected issues that arose in the first few days of driving it. Jay North was very quick to take the car back in, troubleshoot and fix the issues. Very pleased with the overall service and quality!
