everytime you drop ANYTHING dragon ball I buy it day 1, the previous staff at rouse hill knew me well. I bought a dragon ball hoodie last week thursday (4/6) and I put a whole in it myself, got it caught on door so needed to grab a new one. I walked into the shop to take advantage of some of the sales about a week ago. The guy there ‘Aaron’ greeted everyone….loudly….persistently……aggressively I noted that he harassed a young woman who was cleary on the phone talking to someone, even after she asked him to leave her alone. The rest of the staff noticed that she was occupied and left her alone (save for a greeting smile) it would seem his social graces are lacking, immensely. Behaviour of Talia, sales rep was extremely rude, can anyone from head office call me so I can explain, extremely bad customer service.
Ashleigh was honestly such a standout. She was funny in that effortless way that makes you feel comfortable straight away, and she somehow made picking out clothes feel easy instead of awkward. She actually listened to what I liked and gave suggestions that suited me, not just random stuff. Really good energy, genuinely helpful, and just made the whole visit feel relaxed.
