Our Stores returned in December
Walked in, barely a decent greeting from the workers. Went in to grab a shirt I saw online, and the girl just stared at me and I said I’d like to purchase the shirt, she said “give me a moment” because obviously putting stuff away is more important than serving a customer. They didn’t even say anything after I purchased so I left and they laughed when I left! Never returning there, horrid customer service
Lauren and other customer service guy were extremely unprofessional and did not know the product or offers. The products were marked with incorrect prices and both of them informed of incorrect offers, which took us another 30 mins to pick right products. Also, we kept some clothes aside on the counter for final billing. The guy kept them aside but then put them back to rack. After requesting the products again, he brought wrong products. It was a very horrible experience and both of them need good training.
