RecommendedI have to share how pleased I am with the service that Jay Jay Mechanical provided me. This company has exceptional customer service and there turnaround time is above and beyond! I filed a claim with my home warranty company on July 4th around 1:30 am when my unit stop cooling and by 2pm Jay Jay Mechanical had someone out at my house to diagnose the issue with my central air unit. I have been working with Jay Jay Mechanical recently on toilet issues. They have been kind and considerate. The owner has been working with me to answer all my questions before any work was billed. There have been NO surprises and the technician was respectful. Very pleased!
After 2 days and a dozen unreturned phone calls, I got a serious scammy vibe from this guy. Have a home warranty, he let me know it was gonna be $100 as soon as he walked in the door and that the warranty company will probably deny my claim without even looking at the problem. I called the warranty company, and they said it was up to the Tech to approve a repair or say a concern was pre-existing, not the warranty company. So grateful for your service! They went above and beyond! They came out around 7pm on a 90 degree day and fixed our AC unit. This team was delayed on another job and stayed in touch with us as the day went on. They kept their word and their appointment. Thank you to Aaron and Kantrel! God Bless🙏🏻
Our air conditioner was broken. We had to wait a bit, but the company arrived with the part the day it arrived, even working longer than required at the end of a long, hot work day. Thank you!
They showed up for an appointment from our home warranty for a plumbing leak. They refused the fix the leak because there wasn’t an immediate access point. They took our deductible without completing any work. I filed a complaint with the warranty company after the owner spoke very disrespectfully to myself and my husband. Due to the complaint they refused to return the deposit and cashed it regardless that they never even started the repair. I do not recommend!!! They never showed up for the scheduled appt!! They never called to cancel they won’t answer my phone calls. They are so unprofessional I would not recommend these people to a dog!!!
They mis diagnosed my 10+ year AC system.. said the compressor was installed improperly by Comfort Pro. So the home warranty company declined the claim... Note, they were conveniently the second opinion... the first company, SEARS got an external unit approval, then Jay Jay wrote up the claim to appear as a pre existing issue!!! DONT USE JAY JAY
I scheduled a service appointment a few weeks ago to check out my AC covered under our home warranty. They had scheduled a time between 9 and 11 for today but never showed up. I sent an email yesterday to confirm my appointment along with calling the listed phone number 717-554-6434. The phone number goes unanswered and doesn’t identify Jay Jay Mechanical. I’m very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and overall customer support.
