I am currently working as the mortgage lender on a deal with Jay Hudson. I have found Jay and his team have been great to work with. From a client's prospective, it was great that he was able to negotiate that the seller pay the closing cost. Having a realtor who has the right negotiating skills is key. Jay certainly has done that and left me impressed.
