I was skeptical about the advertisements Jay was putting about his work but I went ahead and went for it ...placed my hair in his hands and he did wonders! Never in my life had I felt my hair so soft, beautiful, gorgeous, fabulous! He also gave my hair a trim and it was truly a great experience he is extremely knowledgable and he knows what's best for your hair! Truly recommend him to all my friends and family! I will definitely only use him moving forward!

Tried to ask a question of what type of wax he uses (for allergy reasons)not only was my question not answered it was deleted and I was blocked from sending messages! This is horrible customer service! You don't treat people like that just for asking a health question!! I will never go to him and neither will any of my friends looking for a wax or any other service.
