It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this chiropractor offer lifestyle and nutritional advice to further your recovery? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustments were done, but I didn't fully grasp the concept. I would have preferred a little bit more of an explanation. Their office was peaceful. I was able to relax.
