We had recently bought a house thru Jay Becker. Ours was one of the tough Escrows as the seller party was least cooperative and had extremely difficult selling agent. Jay did an excellent job in representing my daughter and I in a real estate transaction in the San Diego area. He was knowledgeable of the market and and knew how to package our offer to make it appealing to the sellers. He also was valuable in helping us negotiate inspections and repairs. Call Jay. That's what I do now for anything real estate. Jay is so great at what he does it motivates me to be better at my own business. Jay Becker knows all about San Diego and he helped us buy our vacation home there. We have bought and sold many properties over the years and Jay has been one the best to work with in real estate.
