RecommendedI have bought several items from Jaxon and I could spend hours in their store every time I have visited ... I love their selection and I’m sick they won’t be in Venice anymore. I have the Henry Bed, a Linen down filled sectional, a custom made dresser with leAther wrapped drawer faces, another gray linen sofa.... I live for their product. Good luck in Malibu ... Bought a few pieces on their last day sale, before closing the store on Venice Blvd... We agreed on a price with David, but when I saw my credit card charge he charged me more... we talk, he had his version, that was not what he agreed with me... so I offer to return one piece... At that point, he back pedaled and said that he was going to respect the price we agreed, and that he was going to refund me. It saddens me when a beautiful design is ruined by HORRIBLE customer service. 30 DAYS and they haven't delivered the correction to my order! 30 DAYS!! If they do this with multiple piece purchases, I hate to think what happens with singular ones.
I use this store for almost all of my projects. The quality is exceptional. The fact that they have their own factory and can make anything makes them my best source.
Victoria was a pleasure to work with! She has impeccable style and grace which is evident all over Jaxon. Well made pieces with classic meets modern, lines.
