Shay refused to do my pedicure any longer. After 3 years she decided she was afraid since I have diabetes. But, real problem, to her ,was that i didn't come in every 2 weeks! They make a point of acting congenial, but will talk Mandarin about you! I really used to like going there, but something changed. Not for the best!
Called for a pedicure. Was able to get in because of a previous cancellation.
I had an amazing experience at this nail salon. Thanks to the owner, Shay, and most importantly Cookie and Barbie. I’ll surely be back! Love it here!!! My full set are looking so lovely. I’m just so happy. Thanks ladies!
I stopped in today for a pedicure needless to say the worst experience ever! Unprofessional staff, Mediocre service, charged a fee to process my card, charged a fee to use a nail file and buffer on my toes. (Like really how petty can a business be) Plus the service was trash! Then you have the nerve to ask me to bless you with a tip! Girl bye!
