Great shop. I brought my daughter in this afternoon to check out bikes and while they didn't have anything on the floor that suited what she was after, Josh said a new shipment had just arrived that included something that might be right up her alley. He showed her on the computer, and it was exactly what she wanted, so he built it for her and had it ready to go before closing time. Now that's service — thanks to Josh and Jax!

We were met at the door by a very honest, helpful and knowledge salesman. He assessed my son's need and found him the perfect bike. He did not 'over' suggest items we did not need...and dissuaded us from purchasing unnecessary accessories! I will be forever grateful when he persuaded my son to purchase and wear a helmet! HIGHLY RECOGMEND!
Jax Irvine always delivers on their word. Quality road bike maintenance and repairs. Too bad the shop is leaning towards mountain bikes now. Limited road clothing and road bike selection. Still they are the ones I trust with my high-end Trek. I also will give a shot out to Jax in HB. Super friendly, great stop on a ride for water or to pick up nutrition. The staff is excellent!
I have gone to other bike shops, this one by far has far better customer service. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need and will give you an honest opinion on what you need or don't need.
