RecommendedFixed our tire right away and were very helpful and accommodating
I took my bike in on Tuesday April 24th to have it assembled. I was specifically told by OC that it would be done on Thursday by 5pm. I showed up on Friday at 6:30 and was told by Britny that the bike still is not done yet. When I asked why it wasn’t done a day after I was expected to pick it up she said she doesn’t know as she doesn’t work in service. She said the bike won’t be done until Sunday. If you have options, go somewhere else or do it yourself.
I went into Jax for the 1st time today for a handful of issues on my bike. I was attended to immediately and Alex the mechanic who worked on my bike spent a lot of time with me discussing my concerns and what he repaired. Was outstanding service, I really appreciated his patience and being very thorough.
