The staff was attentive and the technicians were polite, taking the time to explain their plumbing services and techniques to my friend while they located and fixed two significant leaks in his 1960s home and laundry area. After getting a few high quotes from other companies that seemed to take advantage of an elderly man, the fair pricing and support from their team member, Ross, made it clear that we made the right choice. We are very pleased with the excellent service!

I'm happy to give a 5-star rating! Our plumbing backed up from the main line, leaving us unable to use the bathrooms or shower. Matthew came to our home on a weekend to identify the blockage and found that tree roots were causing the issue. He was very friendly and attentive, gathering all the necessary equipment to start the digging on Sunday. I purchased a garbage disposal and intended to install it myself. However, I quickly discovered that I needed additional piping, which I wasn't familiar with. I searched online for a local plumber who could take care of it promptly, expecting to wait until Monday. To my delight, Matthew from Javier & Sons Plumbers arrived at 7:00 PM on a Sunday. I've had Matthew and his team handle everything from clearing a clogged drain to completely rerouting my sewer line around my home. They are always quick to respond to my calls and texts, arrive on time, and are honest about what needs to be fixed while providing fair rates. If I could give 6 stars, I definitely would! This was the fourth plumbing service we contacted for our knocking pipes. The previous three couldn't resolve the issue and only suggested costly solutions or wanted to re-pipe an entire section of our home.
