From the 1st time up till now there staff and physician’s have been top notch always listen giving feedback not other places (MPC) who do it and that’s it. They are there to help and make life better.
Their Medical Billing needs serious help. I was told my 2 procedures were covered by insurance. I had lower back injections twice... I wound up with a bill for $254 roughly for each, after Insurance.. No big deal, I paid.... Now, Almost a year later I get another $561 bill for those same procedures that were already covered and already paid. When I spoke to billing, they were very rude and unwilling to compromise. Very frustrated to say the least. Not to mention the injections they gave me did not provide any relief! Thank G... read more

very nice doctors and staff.
everyone is very professional and nice my doctor takes time to listen and discuss my pain management. there office is large and inviting. they have coffee and vending machines. A kids free zone which is nice.
I get treatments every 6 weeks and would be completely unable to function without them. A friend referred me Javery Pain Institute about four years ago and my life has dramatically changed for the better since my first visit. The entire staff, from the receptionist to Dr. Suderman, are caring, respectful and very personable. I look forward to my appointments knowing that I will not only be treated so well but that tremendous relieve is always received. Thank you Javery Pain Institute for ALL you do!!
Very good doctors and very pleasant nurses always treating you with the best care. Never have to wait very long for your appointments either.
