Normally this is one of my favorite places, and I completely understand all the measures in place for covid and social distancing but we stopped in today and filled out the form for a build you own salad. After 25 minutes we finally got them. Nothing my husband checked was on his salad. They just made his just like mine and brought them out. Why fill out the sheet if they don’t pay attention to it? Hopefully the world will go back to normal soon but we won’t be back until it does if we come back at all.
Love the Carmela sandwich. Had great service and food a few weeks ago. However they’re riding the struggle bus today and not really that busy. Understand the “covid” price increases but you still have to deliver on product to justify them. 😕

Ordered delivery through Door Dash. Muffaleta was nasty and baked potato was brown like it had been sitting for hours and cold.. Food is normally amazing when you can dine in. Very disappointed.
