Great scenery, great ambiance, the staff are very polite, the food was absolutely delicious and they have no problem at all with accommodating. I had their salmon, which was cooked perfect. My husband ate all of his prime rib dip! His plate was completely empty and he joked and said that it was nasty (between he and I, so that he can get another). The French fries were perfectly cooked.

We decided to meet with our kookie family at this local restaurant. We found the food, service and atmosphere to be quite outstanding. Service was quick, courteous and quite helpful. The food was delicious. The view of Lake Tahoe was great. We dined on the outdoor deck. The glass enclosure, combined with the awning sails and the outdoor heaters made us feel like we were out on the beach, yet warm and cozy.

Driving along the North side of Lake Tahoe, feeling hungry, saw Jason's facing the lake with outside dining available with a packed crowd at 4:30 PM, thinking there must be a reason why.... You bet! The food and service was fabulous! Chatted with a few coming out and those inside as to what they were eating or had eaten to get an idea of the quality. All I spoke with loved the food! We arrived Reno and drove via Incline Village on to Kings Beach. Jason's was our first stop and we were lucky to have perfect fall weather so we could enjoy sitting on the patio. The patio side walls are glass, so that helps to enjoy and not too cold. Jason's overlooks Lake Tahoe - what a view, so peaceful. As noted in previous reviews, enter via the black awning that leads down a hallway towards the lake and you enter in the rear.

We actually ate here twice in two days and ordered the same lunch each time. We had the soup and cheese bread. My husband had the French Onion and I had the Tomato soup. Both are so very good. The servers are good and the restaurant is very cute.

Jason's is located in Kings Beach, CA adjacent to the beach on Lake Tahoe. In good weather, it offers outside dining on the deck with a view of the lake. It has a delightful bar with a cozy indoor setting with comfortable booths that sit six and tables if booths are not desirable. We have been customers of Jason's for more than 30 years and have always had excellent delicious food. We love their cheeseburgers which are made with the greatest tasting beef. Nice atmosphere. We sat outside with beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. Service is very friendly. The food is really good.

Cody was our server and was fantastic. He accommodated our every need. The view of the lake on the patio was great. They have both umbrellas and heaters. The menu had a good variety with a full menu. The inside seating looked nice during cold weather.

Outside seating was perfect, you could see the lake. The food was good and the restaurant has parking.
