My visit time and date had been changed a couple times over the course of a couple months and I did not recieve a confirmation email about the final change so showed up a week before my scheduled appt. Luckily there was time an hour later that I was squeezed into but it would have been nice to have an extra confirmation email in the future.
It's like visiting family.
Would be nice if ceaning could be gentler with the same results.

Dr. Newton and her hygienists turned my dental health around with their caring and pragmatic advice and compassionate approach. I was a good manual brusher but a non-flosser - HATED flossing. That resulted in a good two hours of heavy scraping at every cleaning. They advised me to get a Sonicare toothbrush - huge difference. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional and when I've experienced unforeseen problems - they have always made the time to fit me in to be seen without hesitation. wouldn't consider going anywhere else
