It would be great if you provided wifi, maybe you do and I don't know it. Selfishly I needed a laptop to remote into work but didn't have a laptop with me. Or a tabulate to use. However I only mention these because I arrived over 30 mins early. Otherwise I arrive few mins early and you seat me on time nearly every time after all these years. Thank you. Lastly all the staff are incredibly friendly. I've never been to another Dr office even close to that.
I was made aware that things were behind schedule and I would be seen late. Everyone apologized for making me wait, which was appreciated. Fortunately, I was taking some vacation time away from work, so the delay was not an issue; however, had I been working the 90-120 minute appointment for a cleaning would have been an inconvenience.
