Dr. Wall and his staff are EXCELLENT.
I love the dentist, and I am still annoyed at my first visit and would not recommend this practice to anyone else moving here. Truly, the cleaning was just a regular cleaning and there is no reason why the process took 2 hours. TWO HOURS. I had already pre-filled 7 pages of new patient information-overkill-but I complied. I had a great experience from making the appointment, to the appointment itself, to paying and rescheduling. Everyone was very nice and you feel comfortable and like you have none them forever. They also made sure of everything it made me feel like my teeth were in good hands. Thank you
From the second I walked in, it was the most pleasurable dental experience I've ever had. Everyone is so friendly, from the front desk staff to Dr. Wall himself. I absolutely hate getting fillings, but they made it so pain free and easy that it wasn't even that bad. I will make them my dental office for as long as I'm in town!
Dr Wall and his staff are excellent- this is coming from someone with severe dental anxiety!! I highly recommend them for your dental needs! I unfortunately need a lot of work done but thank goodness I found this office to put up with me haha
Yes I drive 3 hrs to see him. I use to live in town. Now I live 3 hrs away. I wont give him up. He is not on my network but he takes my Insurance. My Daughter loves him and is not afraid of a dentist because of him. and that's worth all the money in the world to me. Not to be traumatized by a Dentist(s) like i was as a child and a adult. The staff is excellent and always so nice. and the The Ladies that clean the teeth are so gentle they also are Angels.
Wow!!! This is the best dental office experience that I have ever had in my 73 years. Staff was friendly, personable and professional. My dental hygienist was great in both her ability and communication. Dr Wall has both the knowledge, experience, and personality to put one at ease and confident that one is getting the best dental care. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

That title always brings fear and trepidation to dental patients' minds. But today's visit, just like every other appointment my wife and I have had to the facility on Knickerbocker (and before that, on College Hills), was quite pleasant - at least in the interaction with all of the personnel. Although the visits themselves dealt with some "potentially painful procedures," the care, concern, and professional expertise of the staff alleviated our apprehension.
