I was seen at the scheduled time. It was fast. The dentist and technician were great. I was told what to expect after the procedure.

The staff was very polite and professional. Mrs. Ballard, explain everything she was going to do and areas that she believed Dr. Wall would be concerned about. Dr. Wall came in and do an exam on me and also explained my options as to what needed to be done. I highly recommend Dr Wall to anyone.

I had a wonderful 1st time experience at Dr. Jason Wall's office. The staff was very friendly. I had my teeth cleaned by Ms. Munoz, one of the hygienist there. I have had my teeth cleaned many times by other hygienist (not at that office) and this was by far the best cleaning experience I've had thus far. She was gentle and yet thorough. The first initial conference you have prior to your cleaning or dental work is a bit lengthy, but I understood they were trying to get to know me on a more personal level. Superb dental care delivered by a friendly, professional staff. The new building is a distinct improvement over the former venue, but the quality of the care remains the same.
