For all of those reviews saying he isn't a good person, nor cares about his son, and doesn't have good apartments. They are all wrong. His apartments are nice and for a great price for the area. They are well taken care of, and if there is a problem all you need to do is contact him and he will reach out to you to see when he can get it done. There is no reason for a bad review on this man nor for him to be attacked by them. He takes care of the apartments, takes care of his son, and is a great guy.

This guy is a real jerk of a landlord and hasn’t sold a house as a realtor in years. Check out his public court case history - 49K07-2311-SC-003693 49K03-2308-EV-002045 19D01-2304-IF-000434 29H03-1910-OV-003710 29D02-1812-JP-001851 and see how he doesn’t even care for his son or pay child support on time. Avoid him

lived at tressler villas from June 2023 to May 2024. My experience with jason as a landlord at Tressler Villas was deeply frustrating. One of the biggest red flags is the extremely high tenant turnover, which speaks volumes. Many renters don't stay long - and with good reason.
