Dr. Harrod was very pleasant and friendly during my first two visits. On my third visit I had questions and concerns that came up that I wanted to ask. His demeanor immediately changed and he went into defense mode. He started talking to me like the answers to my questions were obvious and implied that I was questioning his credibility. I have every right to ask questions about my diagnosis without being treated like a child or talked to like a parent talking to a child.
