Dr. Ridge is a great doctor. He is very thorough and explains everything in detail. Friendly, caring, and handsome. Lol
We’ve been with Dr. Riffe for nearly five years. He and his staff are terrific. He takes a lot of time with his patients, is pleasant and caring.
My husband and I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Riffe. He's our favorite doctor, and right here in Catoosa! He's warm, caring, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor (which is great for us!). He is also respectful and does not try to bully you into something you do not want. He really listens and we never feel rushed. He's #1 all around!
Dr Riffe is a very good doctor and takes the time to fully understand why you are there and plan a treatment. Good nursing staff as well but the front office that answers phone and sets appointments could be drastically improved. Poor listening skills on their part.
I love my DR . And his staff im just spoiled i get such good care from them . So from time to time i make them cupcakes or cookies just to let them know how much i do appreciate them .
I love the fact that Dr Riffe never makes me feel rushed when I see him. He is very knowledgeable about any health concern I may have.
I know doctors nowadays are quite busy and are pressed by their medical groups to turn-over as many economic units (another term for flesh and blood patients) as possible to maximize profits. I am sure Dr. Riffe is pressured accordingly. You wouldn't notice though, because he spends all the time needed to understand his patients, thoroughly explain his diagnosis in plain English, and ensures that his patients' questions are answered. Jason is a great doctor; no problem recommending him.
What I like about Dr. Riffe is that you can talk to him easily. He listens and is caring and he helps me take better care of myself. P.S. His office staff is very nice, too.
Great Dr. and staff, feel fortunate that I found him. Helpful and considerate, there for me whenever I need them.
