Nothing but positives to say!! The staff, Janice in particular, was terrific...as always. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist. Janice senses my anxiety and is able to relate to me in a calming, caring fashion...while doing a great professional job as well. Told Dr. Herrick what an outstanding team he has!!
Office is modern and very nice. Staff is very accommodating. Very prompt in getting patients into their visit. Professional, super nice staff. Highly recommend.
The experience was better than I thought it would be. Would have the tooth pulled sooner.
Dr. Herrick and his staff were prompt to begin my appointment on time which I greatly appreciated. Every step from removing the old, broken filling to filling with new composite was done efficiently and, I might add, as painlessly as possible. Environment is always clean and pleasant. Dr. Herrick never insists on an expensive repair or treatment when a modest, conservative one will have the same outcome. Love my dentist.
Dr. Herrick and his staff took multiple x-rays, performed hot/cold/air "tests" to determine the source of my sensitivity issue. Since results were still not definitive, Dr. Herrick proposed doing nothing, treating one tooth (hoping it was the offender) or treating both teeth in the sensitive area. The choice was mine. I made the decision and a prompt appointment was set up allowing sufficient time to do the repair. The girl that cleaned my teeth was very friendly.
I highly recommend Dr. Herrick. He and his staff are always friendly and caring. I have been with him for at least 15 years. My 4 children have also been going to his office. They have always had a great experience.
