I've been going to Dr. Herricks office for the last few years. Ive always had anxiety about going to the dentist but Dr. Herricks office has changed that. The office is relaxed and comfortable, the techs that do the cleanings are professional and always make sure I'm doing alright and comfortable. Dr Herrick is very nice and thorough in his exams. I would recommend his office to anyone looking for a great dentist!

I was pleased with the precautions taken to ensure my experience was as risk free as possible. I did forget to ask if the entire staff had been tested and if so, how often.

We are glad you were pleased! We did reach out to our primary care physicians regarding testing and they will not test unless you meet guidelines for symptoms of Covid-19. The entire staff were all quarantined and were not in contact with anyone who had symptoms of Covid-19. All employees are screened and temperatures taken at the beginning of each day.
Felt very safe and comfortable, great procedures in place. Same excellent care I also receive.

Dr Herrick and staff have planned and organized their office which allowed me to be completely safe. Upon arrival, I called the office phone to announce I had arrived for my appointment. Trish informed me Janice was cleaning her room and would text me once she was ready for me. Shortly, thereafter I received Janice’s text. Janice greeted me as I walked in. Thanks nice in the exam room, I was asked to wash my hands for 20 seconds and rinse my mouth with Total Care for 15 seconds. Janice wore 2 masks during the entire visit... read more

Even though the office had just reopened due to the Covid 19 crisis, I was able to get an appointment to have a problem tooth checked.The office staff and Dr. Herrick took every precaution to ensure my protection and safe treatment. Exceptional caring service in a difficult time.
