There is a very common trend in their Google reviews that they do not care about their customers money. My particular case with them, they lazily tried to file my claim with my insurance, and when they couldn’t get it to work, they went ahead and passed my claim onto a debt collector. I went for an occasional aching molar tooth. Aside from addressing this issue, I mentioned to Dentist Jason Blanchard that my bite has been uneven. Without further explanation on the after- negative effect of the procedure, he started aggressively grinding several molar teeth where the aching molar tooth is located. This is my 18th year with Dr. Blanchard and Dr. Richardson. Very professional and courteous. They take time to build a relationship with each client and make each experience personal.
Got a cleaning and they never cleaned my mouth. Had to reschedule and they still didn't do good job. This office takes advantage of seniors. Rude staff lashes out.
This is my 13th year of experiencing the quality work of Dr. Blanchard. The staff is absolutely great and respectful. Dr. Blanchard truly cares about patients needs and comfort.
