Very rarely do I write reviews but I feel that the low standard of ethical and business practices of this dental office warrant one. Dr. Kasprzak placed a crown for me in April of 2019. The crown has detached 3 times. It seems to me like the dentist should have completely replaced the crown the second time it fell off instead of carelessly recementing what a second and third opinion have deemed as a defective crown. I've been going to Dr. Kasprzak's office for many years now. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and I've never been in pain while getting a cleaning or after. They are quick to return phone calls and have the utmost professionalism and respect as well.

Stay away from Dr. Kasprzak. He does not listen to you and he rushes through procedures. I had beautiful natural front teeth. I had a small chip on the back side of the tooth that was not visible. I wanted him to fill it. He proceeded to grind down that tooth and the one next to it and did a very sloppy job with the composite bonding material. I had to return to have him sand it off. He proceeded to then sand the tooth, injure the tooth, make a gap larger and ruin my smile.
