Dr Milligan has been my primary care physician for 6 years. He is compassionate, kind, & takes the time to really listen to his patients. His office staff is excellent as well. Efficient & very friendly.
I've never had a Dr. that listens and takes every concern I have seriously until Dr. Milligan. Him and his staff make me feel comfortable and safe at every visit.
