Dr. Milligan is compassionate and knowledgeable. He takes the time to know you and doesn’t rush you through the appointment. Brittany is a great nurse as well, his entire team is welcoming and caring. Finding a reputable doctor, that is a Tricare provider, is a challenge for military families; I can’t thank Dr. Milligan enough for taking care of us during our time at Barksdale!
