Dr. Milligan and his staff are the most thorough and thoughtful healthcare providers I’ve ever seen. Not only checks all the boxes, they truly seem to care about me as a patient. I didn’t feel rushed. Dr. Milligan listened to all my concerns and he made reasonable and attainable suggestions regarding my health. Thankful to have found him.
