Dr. Milligan always takes time to complete my wellness exam & answer any questions I have. He never rushes through the process and shows concern. He is friendly and knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend him!

Even though my appointment occurred when we had numerous alerts for tornado warnings from the hurricane, he was still very thorough and got me taken care of once they got power and wifi back. Part of our visit was literally in the dark due to losing power. Great doctor and person
