I have been attempting to obtain a status update on an active eviction matter tied to a pending real estate transaction. I have left multiple emails, a voicemail, and spoke with the office, where I was advised my call would be returned. Unfortunately, I have not received a response, despite an approaching contractual closing deadline. Timely communication is critical in legal matters, particularly when multiple parties are relying on updates. My experience has been frustrating due to the lack of follow-up.
I hired Mr. Jason Cafarella for an eviction case against my non paying tenant. He was very quick and sincere to take them to the court and successfully fought my case. He is highly recommended. I will definitely hire him again.
