Every time I called to make an appt it went to VM. I did not get any response from (3) of the messages I left. I had surgery on my meniscus last August and I'm still having pain. A few weeks ago I had an appt. and sat for 1 hour in the room with the door shut, until I got up looking for someone to tell the doc that I was waiting. I sent his asst. (they suggested fax right to her desk)a fax from my Healthcare Prov. looking for a alt. med because it wasn't covered. NEVER heard back! Don't care?
I had my left knee replaced in 2015 and my experience with Dr. Hammond was excellent
Dr, Hammond is the most excellent provider. He performed both of my husband's shoulder surgeries without any complications and the most minimal scar. He is very professional and takes time to explain every step. I would highly recommend him to anyone. You are in good hands with Dr. Hammond.
