Great doctor. HORRIBLE office staff. Don’t waste your time. They won’t answer your calls or call you back. So if you need to get in touch with a provider I wouldn’t use him because you’ll never get in touch. Also does not have a MyChart so if you need to refer back for information you won’t have it. Will be looking for a new provider solely off of his office staff which is a shame for a great doctor.
A great provider and very thorough with his patients. Unfortunately his office staff are rude and condescending. The office does not answer calls and may or may not choose to call you back. You have to call repeatedly for any paperwork or referrals. This is not a place for elderly or disabled patients who cannot advocate for themselves. Dr. Diogo should hire more professional staff.
The 5 stars are for Dr Diogo only! My first appointment with him last week and I was so impressed! He is caring and thorough! I was excited to have the opportunity to have him as my physician. I also would like to mention absolutely pleasant to speak with. I recommended him to others because I was so impressed. But… 0 stars for his office. 5 stars and plus for Diogo. If I could give no stars for the rude receptionist Kristin (office managers sister smh), I would. She intimidates the obgyns receptionist by always trying to tell them how to do their job when she should be minding her own business and doing her own. She is totally unprofessional at front desk talking about other patients and other staff in front of entire waiting room and she gets away with it because her sister is the office manager so obviously she does nothing.
