Jason was extremely supportive and responsive to the needs of selling my home. From his guidance as to the necessary repairs, the selling price, and the staging of my home, he was right on the mark. When a last minute issue occurred, Jason was calm and gave me great direction when I was anything but calm. He was a total pleasure to with with to get my home sold in just a few days. Jason came to me highly recommended, and lived up to that reputation.
We worked with Jason to sell and buy simultaneously, and Jason pretty seamlessly managed renovations/repairs on our old home as well as providing support and guidance for buying a new home. He was able to come by on short notice to check on progress, managed contractors, and helped put a competitive (and winning!) offer in on a new home. There were some personal logistics to manage and schedule around, and Jason handled those with aplomb. I would certainly work with Jason again for our next purchase!
Jason Cohen isn’t just any real estate agent, he is also a very personal friend and has become like a member of our family.
