I believe trust and communication are the most important aspects of the patient-doctor relationship. I will work with you and your loved ones to educate you about your condition, and together we'll develop a treatment plan that takes into account your goals. I enjoy working with patients to help restore health and function so they can lead an active lifestyle. I did further training in shoulder surgery and am trained in the latest techniques in minimally-invasive and shoulder replacement surgery.

Fantastic surgeon! Many thanks to Dr. Codding he is the best of the best! I have had numerous shoulder surgeries and I cannot express my appreciation enough. Very informative, and is so kind. Koodos to you and your team!

Just curious; if you’re the professional, shouldn’t I be asking YOU why I’m not “back to work yet”? The expectations I ... read more
