I’ve been seeing Dr. Yun for many years now and my skin and I are eternally grateful. Every visit feels like a reunion with someone who not only knows dermatology inside and out but also genuinely cares about my results. My treatments are always comfortable, my results are consistently fantastic, and I leave feeling like my best (and brightest!) self. If you’re looking for a dermatologist who delivers every single time, look no further. Dr. Yun is the real deal. Highly recommend!
I am so pleased with Dr. Charlotte. The office was nice and clean. I live in the area, so, it’s really nice and clean so close by. I had a change of insurance but rest assured, Scarlett helped me navigate through the entire process. I live this office. Will be booking another appointment soon because I want Botox.
I had a very negative experience with the front desk staff at this dermatologist's office. I booked my appointment through Zocdoc, but instead of clearly communicating their office policies, they canceled my appointment almost immediately after asking me to call them; this all happened within a minute. When I called for clarification, the secretary was condescending, defensive, and unhelpful. I always try to be patient, but this interaction was extremely disappointing.
I rarely leave reviews, especially for medical professionals, but today is an exception. I was not asked to leave this review, nor would I ever leave on le UNLESS I felt VERY strongly about a provider, one way or the other. And this is my first doctor. I’m actually a little afraid because they may get too busy to see me again after what I have to say here!
