This review is delayed, between moving and work I kept forgetting to write a review. I lived in Jasmine Place apartments from 3/22-5/24. I had a newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment. I loved my apartment. It was spacious and quiet. Luck was with me as a new tenant moved in next door and we became good friends. All of my neighbors were nice, quiet and friendly. Staff: 5/5 Kathy, the leasing manager, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is incredibly responsive, always quick to reply, and very helpful with any issues or questions. Her candid approach is refreshing and makes dealing with any concerns straightforward. The maintenance staff are also commendable, usually addressing requests no later than the next day. I moved in 3 weeks ago and everything has been amazing. Kathy is great, maintenance is so fast to get things done. The apartment complex is AWESOME!
