Booked an appointment for acrylic nails, however was given "soft-gel extensions" which covered the entirety of my nail bed. I'm not a professional nail tech, so I wasn't aware that what they were doing would result in something completely different than what I had requested. Over the last 3 weeks, soft gel debris has been coming out of the sides of the fake nails daily, as well as underneath - and as they grow out, they are noticeably very crooked and uneven.
