I wanted to try a new place. I was a walk in so I was told I would have to wait. I literally was there for 3.5 hours. They took tons of customers before me, which I don't believe they all had an appointment. My regular pedicure looks terrible. The polish on my big toe is lumpy. They rush everything. I think my pedicure took 10 minutes. My gel nails took 30 minutes and I had to ask her to please clean up my cuticles. She rushed my nails as well. I’m very disappointed with my experience. This was my first time visiting, and before sitting down I specifically asked if they had someone available for a pedicure. I was told yes, but unfortunately the service I received did not reflect the spa gel pedicure that I paid for. I paid for a full gel spa pedicure (plus a tip), but it felt like I only received a gel polish change. Very disappointed in my pedicure. I asked kindly, multiple times for them to do the most basic items. It still wasn’t done. Nothing was in sanitary packaging. No itemized receipt was given and seems like they just made up pricing at checkout. Like $15 for my child to put his feet in the water- with no service. Obviously, I would have reflected that in my tip for their water. $15? Crazy! Ladies and gentlemen’s- this place is a no go in Jax.
I always leave Jasmine’s feeling like “if nails could smile!” She does an amazing job and understands each client has different needs thank you for making my nails pretty and dealing with me!
10/10 jasmine got me right, best nail salon in Jax hands down, just wish I found them earlier!!!
