I thought I finally found a good place locally. But what’s the point of making an appointment if I have to wait 20 minutes? They seemed to have staff. Also I asked for a mani/pedi at the same time which was ignored. She told me to relax. The attention to detail was pretty good..not great. I’ll give them another chance. I returned today and will not return. She was very harsh on my nails and left many jagged. I’m sorry I expect better.

This is my second time going to Jas Nail spa and they never disappoint. This time I brought in my best friend to get her nails and pedi done as well and she rarely gets them done and we were so grateful and touched by the attention to detail Hannah provided. She was my main nail tech and she even took additional time to help with shortening my friends nails because she wasn’t used to the length of how they originally turned out. Very unprofessional The owner When you call to make an appointment and she doesn’t want to Answered you. She has other people answered and said she’s going on vacation Just because when my Nails start lifting, she gets all mad because she has to refix it. I pay for what I get. I don’t mind spending money on my Nails, but I want them to get done correctly Sometimes she’d even know when she’s in a good mood or bad mood

Been a loyal customer for 2 years and never been disappointed. Everyone is great and friendly here, especially Nina when getting pedicures! These are my natural nails too!
