My wife and I recently joined Lyric Health. We chose Jasmine as our telehealth medical professional for our visits. Jasmine no-showed my wife twice and myself once. We both spent well over a hour each waiting for a simple call. Healthcare is hard to come by, let alone afford nowadays. Jasmine not only disrespected our time, but also took full advantage of the price we pay for healthcare.
