Horrible place. Constant vandalism, horrible office staff. The manager Carrie lied and threatens everyone if you try to contact corporate. Trash is everywhere. Office closed half the time. The units are made horribly. Pools broken most the year. Stairs on inside so you hear everything below. Super thin walls. Constant drama. That guy Brandon is joke and rude as hell. It might stand a chance if they get new office and management staff on the premises. The owner never around. Moved out within 3 months of living there.
Carrie and Brandon are unprofessional, undisciplined and need to be supervised. I have never had to contact my attorney for my daughter with all the mistreatment and disturbing emails. I was beyond shocked, if the owner or corporate could please contact me it would be greatly appreciated.
I moved to Jasmine Cove in 2019 and i’m still here I have never had any problems here at all Jasmine Cove Leasing office Community Managers are Brandon Keffer and Carrie Joiner and they are amazing and very down to earth people they love and take care of their residents and help with all of our needs the best way they know how even the maintenance crew are amazing as well they get right on your work orders fixing what ever needs fixing they don’t let you down they are so nice and very respectful it was times before we had va... read more
Living in Jasmine Cove Apartments has been a wonderful experience! Carrie and Brandon are extremely kind and attentive, quickly addressing any issues that arise. Their dedication and compassion positively impact the community. You’ll be pleased with your decision to lease with them : )
