I have enjoyed getting to know this community and staff.
Loved staying here! The complex is located close to all your shopping needs and countless restaurants. Pretty quiet overall and the grounds are kept very clean. Maintenance is awesome! Any requests put in were resolved quickly and efficiently. Office staff (Carrie and Brandon) are great as well! They made move in/move out super easy and during my stay, were very timely in answering and questions or concerns that came up. Overall, I’d give this place a 10/10.
Horrible place. Constant vandalism, horrible office staff. The manager Carrie lied and threatens everyone if you try to contact corporate. Trash is everywhere. Office closed half the time. The units are made horribly. Pools broken most the year. Stairs on inside so you hear everything below. Super thin walls. Constant drama. That guy Brandon is joke and rude as hell. It might stand a chance if they get new office and management staff on the premises. The owner never around. Moved out within 3 months of living there.
Carrie and Brandon are unprofessional, undisciplined and need to be supervised. I have never had to contact my attorney for my daughter with all the mistreatment and disturbing emails. I was beyond shocked, if the owner or corporate could please contact me it would be greatly appreciated.
