Super annoying when doctors offices try to be tech savvy and fall short. I had a scheduled and confirm ed appointment for wisdom tooth extraction. The day of my appointment they call to tell me they don’t do that and that there’s a lot of services they don’t do but are listed on Zocdoc. Very annoying.
These dentists are running FAKE business. Firstly, you would not been seen by the same Doctor that you booked on ZocDoc. Not sure if the other doctors at that clinic are authorized ones or not. They took Xrays of my teeth and then started recommending that you need to do advance cleaning, fill up of cavities and get Invisalign treatment from them and that would cost me 100's of $$$. The staff is very patient and accommodating. Doctor heard and answered all my questions. I totally recommend her.
