My mother was under hospice care at Gelzhen Guest Home during her final 2 months after a long illness. Floyd and his staff made moving her in an easy transition from the hospital. All the staff I encountered were kind, responsive when I asked questions or needed something. Floyd also helped coordinate my mom's care with her hospice provider which made things smoother since my family lives farther away. This place should be closed down. Extremely under staffed. Really frightful
My mom was at this facility til her passing. They took great care of my mom. I would reccomend this place to anyone who needs a loved one taken care of. Floyd and his staff are very helpful and quick to respond for any situation.
