Required I put a large deposit to get a fork repaired on my Ridstar electric bike. Ended up charging me $472 to fix a fork on a bike that retails for $699. Also took months to repair it as he said the parts came from China. The fork costs 150 and available online, he charged me $250 for the fork alone. Don’t recommend him, don’t recommend you do business with him at all. There is a reason he operates out of a storage facility.
I had trouble setting up my new electric bike and was referred to Thomas at Jarwlee by my trusted local bike shop (who don’t service e-bikes). Thomas did an amazing job — his prices are fair, and the service was superb. He even went above and beyond by showing me how to use the gears and motor, which was extremely helpful since this is my first e-bike. Highly recommend Thomas
I reached out to Jarwlee LLC to install new tires on my 5600 Watt Electric Scooter and I was able to get my scooter back in a timely manner! I would highly recommend doing business with this company, as I will be looking very forward to doing so in the future!
