I posted a review about a week ago. Not sure what happened to it and how it was magically deleted. Anyhow, not a great experience with this company. My son had his bike there for two months. Issue still was not resolved and bike doesn’t work, yet he charged us for a diagnostic fee but actually never got the replacement part to know whether or not his diagnosis was correct. Respectful and efficient.
My son bought this Hapali scooter expecting at least basic reliability, but it completely stopped charging after just three days of light use. I followed all instructions, tried multiple outlets, and used the original charger — nothing works. For a brand-new product to fail this quickly is unacceptable. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this scooter to anyone.
