Great service and good experience
I posted a review about a week ago. Not sure what happened to it and how it was magically deleted. Anyhow, not a great experience with this company. My son had his bike there for two months. Issue still was not resolved and bike doesn’t work, yet he charged us for a diagnostic fee but actually never got the replacement part to know whether or not his diagnosis was correct. We dropped the bike off thinking that it would be fixed in a timely manner. Expect to wait an extra long time for anything to be fixed. Then expect that i... read more
